Itinerary:
CHRISTCURCH - RAROTONGA
Day 1: Meet Adrienne and fellow artists and travelling companions
at Christchurch International Airport. Depart on a mid afternoon flight crossing the international dateline and arriving in Rarotonga at
approximately 12.15am on the same day.
We will be met and transferred to our accommodation where rooms
will be available for immediate check-in.
Days 1 - 8: Spending 8 full days and 9 nights on this idyllic Island we have
allowed ample time to capture its moods and ever changing scenery.
Take a walk through the islands interior to see ancient forests and
waterfalls. Hire a bicycle or scooter and make your way around the
island in search of that magical image at the many picturesque beaches and lagoons. At night relax at our very comfortable beachfront
hotel and catch-up on the days events in preparation for the following
days activities.
RAROTONGA - CHRISTCHURCH
Day 9: Today is a full day in Rarotonga. Our rooms are reserved for the
entire day until we are transferred to the airport at approximately
11.30pm this evening for a 1.40am departure.
Day 10: Arrive Christchurch at approximately 8.10am

* Arrival and departure transfers in Rarotonga
* 9 nights accommodation based on two people sharing a room inclusive
of late check-out up until departure from the hotel on the final day.
* Daily Island breakfast
* Free use of tennis courts and equipment, free use of snorkelling equipment and free daily onsite cultural activities.
Not included:
* Meals other than those mentioned
* Items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, toll calls
* Car, scooter or bicycle hire, optional day trips & sightseeing
* Departure Tax from Rarotonga - approximately NZD $55 per person

Conditions:
Prices are based on a minimum of 14 and a minimum of 10 paying passengers. In the event passenger numbers drop below these numbers the airline and service providers reserve the right to reassess the fares. Likewise if numbers exceed those priced any additional price benefit will be passed on to those travelling.
All prices are subject to change and seat availability until a booking is put in place and seats and accommodation have been confirmed by the suppliers.
Prices are based on payment by cash, cheque, Eftpos or bank transfer. Payment by Visa or Mastercard is accepted however a service fee of 2% will apply to the cost of the package.
A valid New Zealand passport is required to travel to Rarotonga. Any passport other than New Zealand may require a Cook Island Entry Visa and or a returning New Zealand Entry or Residence Visa.
It's most important you takeout Travel Insurance to cover yourself in the event of cancellation or curtailment to travel due to any reason outside of your control. We offer affordable comprehensive cover provided by two of the three leading Travel insurance Underwriters in New Zealand. A 20% discount on your premium is offered to all tour members participating in the trip.
To confirm your participation on the tour a $200 non refundable deposit is required. In the event the tour is cancelled due to insufficient numbers a full refund will be given.
